Remember this lamp?
I painted it - and I sure liked it better than when I found it. But it wasn't quite there. So...it wound up living in the garage for a few months while I thought about what to do with it. Finally decided to paint it light blue and distress/glaze it a little, and now I LOVE it. It's going to sit on a little table that I bought on Craigslist for two (yes TWO) bucks! Just need to do a little painting, of course. Here's the after on that lamp:
SOOO much better...dontcha think?

This lamp is perfect!! You did an amazing job on it! :)
That is one of the best make overs I have seen, as in it started out horrid (only because I hate brown so much!) and turned out so lovely! It looks like something from one of the fancy stores, and I love that you didnt go overboard with the distressing, as I have seen others do lately. It's just a perfect redo!
Thanks so much, you guys! :)
ooh so great. I love the distressing!!
Way, way better such a great color looks good to me!
