thrifty Thursday...er, I mean, Tuesday...

I love finding glass containers at thrift stores.

For some reason, they're always among my favorite finds. Like this one here.

Here's the latest - $1.50 at Goodwill, and filled with corks that I've been saving to make a corkboard. Love it...

I think that for a change of pace I'll fill it with sea glass, or coffee beans or whatever!

I love finding great things at goodwill!! You know, you should see if you can get some corks from a bar. My best friend sent me an ENTIRE GARBAGE bag full! They are cheap to mail because they are so light. Actually... let me know if you want any! =)

Thanks so much for coming to my NIFTY THRIFTY TUESDAY PARTY with you GW treasure. I love using corks in my decor...do you know that you can buy rather cheap at Wally World (Wal-mart) and Target...they are in the craft section and at Target...I think you can find them by the candles. Happy to have another Alabama here:)

Blessings,

Linda

Cute! I love little glass containers and corks both! I actually was just scouting some thrift stores for the kids back to school clothes and came across some fun little finds.....a little apothecary jar and 3 beautiful unique blue jars - all really different too. I posted a picture at Facebook if you'd like to see them - I was so excited about finding them I had to show them off ;)
