A couple of weeks ago the fam and I spent five days at Cimarroncita Ranch in Northeastern New Mexico. It's just a little slice of heaven - one of the prettiest places I've ever seen. This was our second time up there, we had a fantastic time, and the setting is just breathtaking. Take a look...
On the road from Santa Fe...
Where the Great Plains meet the Rockies...
Arriving at the Ranch...
The view of "Baldy" from the old dance hall...

Down the lane...
The Trading Post. This was a small jail back in the railroad days. For a history of the place click here
Laguna...the old hotel where the guest rooms are now located...
Tanner discovers a treasure...
After fly-fishing...
Peeking out...
One of many little special spots...
Paige checking out the old Ute Park School house. Now used as a storage building, this was the infirmary when the ranch was a summer camp for girls. My grandmother was the camp nurse for a couple of years!
